What can i do, if Buttons are not responding and/or greyed out?

Answer:
When attempting to click buttons while using Fortis (for example trying to press the Open Script button with the Scan dialog window open), the buttons does not work or the button itself is greyed out. This is usually caused by a zoom setting within Windows; Fortis does not recognize mouse clicks correctly when the Windows user has a zoom setting enabled.

Open the Control Panel, and then click Display. Change the following setting in Windows to 100% Zoom.
