Answer:
If your documents are printing all black with white text, it is possible that “inverse printing” is turned on.
If your documents are printing all black with white text, it is possible that “inverse printing” is turned on.
In order to correct this “inverse printing” and print normally follow these steps:

Click the Prefs button on the user’s workstation.

Click the Print tab and select or deselect the printer that is experiencing the inverse of colors.

Select ok and the documents should no longer be printing/exporting to inversed Colors.
