Behavior:
You are applying a Service Pack to Fortis and get an "Invalid application directory" error message.
Solution:
When applying a Service Pack to Fortis and you encounter this error message do the following:
Download the following file for your version, and unzip it in the cdmedia/upgrade/ directory and overwite the existing .IDX file.
Click here for newest IDX files: KBA-35327
- Once you've received these IDX files from Support, drop them into the Upgrade folder of the media.
- Run the Upgrade again.
