Solution:
If you are experiencing the error message when using FortisWeb, follow these steps:

  1. Remove the Activex control by browsing the the Add/Remove programs in windows.
  2. Restart the Machine.
  3. Browse out to the FortisWeb Website.
  4. Re-install the Activex.
