Problem:
"Document file not found. Load volume “” and retry"
Solution:
If you are receivingan error similar to this, it is most likely one of two things:
- You do not have permission to this file or the file does not exist in that location. To see if this applies to you, try to browse that path in any windows explorer. If the specific mag file is not in that path, Fortis will not be able to find it. If you can manually locate the mag file, copy that mag file to the location where Fortis is looking.
- If you can find that path and the mag file is there, it is possible it is a permissions issue. Attempt to create a test document in that location and delete that test document. This test confirms that you have the appropriate permissions needed.
