Behavior:
After upgrading FortisBlue the icons in the FortisBlue user client appear incorrectly, i.e. the refresh icon appears in the folder tree where the folder icon should appear.
Solution:
This is caused by your browser’s caching system is not properly updating the new icon files in FortisBlue. You can clear your browser’s cache following the steps below:
Internet Explorer
- Open Internet Explorer
- Press Ctrl-Shift-Del
- When the “Delete Browsing History” dialog appears select “Temporary Internet files and website files” and “Cookies and website data” and deselect all other entries
- Click the Delete button.
- Close Internet Explorer completely and then reopen.
Firefox
- Open Firefox
- Press Ctrl-Shift-Del
- When the “Clear Recent History” dialog appears select “Everything” from the “Time range to clear”
- Expand the details by clicking the arrow next to the word “Details”
- Select “Cache” and deselect all other entries
- Click the Clear Now button.
- Close Firefox completely and then reopen.
Chrome
- Open Chrome
- Press Ctrl-Shift-Del
- When the “Clear browsing” dialog appears select “the beginning of time” from the “Obliterate the following items from:”
- Select “Cached images and files” and deselect all other entries
- Click the Clear browsing data button.
- Close Chrome completely and then reopen.
