Note:
The syntax and format of the following CSV file is very specific; incorrect placement of index fields may cause CSV to fail to be imported. All normal index fields are required to be called in order to import a document; not just the index fields that you want to populate with data need to be called. The "title" and "description" are required in that order before listing index fields. Field groups need to be pipe (|) delimited in quotes in order for the import to work.
