Behavior:
1.) Issue emailing multiple Fortis documents as PDF - specific to Office 2016
2.) Issue printing multiple documents to any printers - Microsoft issue: Recommended to remove the following Microsoft Updates - KB 3177725 and KB 3176493
3.) Issue with ImageIt and Office 2016 - Recommended to turn on "Attempt OCR if native method fails" in ImageIt profile
