How do I activate/deactivate the diagnostics mode in the DocuWare Web Client?
Answer:
Please refer to the following guide to activate/deactivate the diagnostics mode;
1. Navigate to Web Client and select Profile & Settings from the dropdown under your user name.
2. Under the General tab, check or uncheck the Enable diagnostics mode if you want to activate or deactivate the diagnostics mode. Once completed, click Save & Close.
3. Alternatively, you can activate/deactivate the diagnostic mode by using the keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+Shift+Backspace
