Behavior:
You created multiple configurations that utilize "Automatic Identification". You would also like to use the check for new files option but it grays out when you select "Automatic Identification".

Solution:
After creating your Import Configurations

  • Open your DocuWare Desktop Application
  • Create an Import Job
  • Choose "Automatic Identification" for the Import Configuration
  • Check off the option to enable "Check file age"
    • This will enable a default 30-second file age
