User has locked themselves out of their DocuWare account. Can I unlock the account without waiting for the set timeframe to expire?

Solution:
This is only valid when using the "Secure Passwords" option.

The locked account can be unlocked manually from the DocuWare Administration tool. This can be done by going to the following location and right-clicking the user and choosing "Unlock".
Organization Name > User Administration > Users > User name
