How to apply Fortis 6.11 and Fortis 6.12 Hotfix?

Answer:

Follow the instructions below to apply Hotfix 1 for Fortis 6.11 SP1 and Fortis 6.12:

Fortis 6.11 SP1 Instructions:

  1. Service Pack 1 MUST be applied prior to applying Hotfix 1
  2. Download Hotfix 1 from HERE
  3. Copy FEXtoDWX.dll into the following directory on the machine running the Migration Tool - C:\Program Files (x86)\DocuWare\Fortis Migration
  4. Close all instances of the Migration Tool and the Fortis workstation and reattempt migration

Fortis 6.12 Instructions:

  1. Navigate to the following location on the Fortis server - \Fortis\WkSetup\Migrate\HotFix_1
  2. Copy FEXtoDWX.dll into the following directory on the machine running the Migration Tool - C:\Program Files (x86)\DocuWare\Fortis Migration
  3. Close all instances of the Migration Tool and the Fortis workstation and reattempt migration
