Why are some of the features grayed out while trying to configure a Document Processing job?

Some features within the Document processing module require a specific license to be used. For more information on licensing, please refer to the following knowledge-based article: Licensing of Desktop Apps - Printer, Scan & Import.
You can check which modules you currently have licenses for via the DocuWare Administration Tool under the General section.
