Behavior:
When workflow attempts to send an email, the step faults and shows the following error message;
"Invalid local-part at offset 0."
Solution:
This error message occurs when an invalid email address has been provided. Please review the email addresses that were provided to the Email Send step, then correct the invalid email address to resolve this.
KBA is applicable for both Cloud and On-premise Organizations.
