How do you parse a particular Date format in Document Processing?
Answer:
To parse a particular Date format, please do the following:
1. Within your Document Processing configuration, after mapping the date field in the Processing tab, select the pencil 
icon for the date field you wish to parse.
2. Navigate to the Date format option, then select the Region and Date format to your desired preference.
