Answer:
Custom Text takes into consideration manually filled field (typed) information. Custom Text is not affected by any rules that are in place with the other mappings.
"Selection Only" means that this field will only take suggestions from using One-Click Indexing, which does not take into consideration any fields that are filled manually.
KBA is applicable to Cloud and On-Premise Organizations.
