Who would receive Cloud update notifications and when would they be notified?
Answer:
Prior to major version updates, emails regarding the cloud organization update will be sent out to the Organization Administrator, as well as the Authorized DocuWare Provider for indirect customers.
These emails will be sent out, 28, 14, and 3 days prior to the scheduled update. It is not possible to unsubscribe from these emails.
