Scenario:
We have configured a DocuWare Form for our business processes; however, if more than one person is listed in the form, any other(s) must sign on the same date. Is there a way to prevent a form submission with different dates?
Answer:
A form validation can be created and added to the form field(s). A validation ensures that forms are stored with accurate data by checking the entries against a set of rules. Forms that don't meet the criteria are not stored, and the user who submitted the form is notified.

For example, dates can be checked and compared to the system date to make sure that they are not older than today's date.
