Scenario:
When performing a synchronization job via the User Sync v2 application, the following error is presented in DocuWare Administration and in the DocuWare ADSync Log once it has completed:
"The modified settings are currently locked by another user or location. Please restart DocuWare Administration"
Answer:
This error is thrown as a result of having DocuWare Administration open while running the User Sync v2 app. In order to solve and/or prevent this error, you must first close DocuWare Administration prior to running the User Sync v2 application.
