Scenario:
When attempting to store an email in DocuWare with multiple attachments via Connect to Outlook, the dialog window will appear for each attachment.

 
Solution: 
This is the result of enabling the option "Store email and attachments individually" in the Attachments section in the Outlook Email plugin. If this was not the intended outcome, select Store email and all attachments as one clipped document to have the Connect to Outlook window populate once per email and assemble the email and all attachments as one clipped document.
