Behavior:
When dragging and dropping an email's attachment from Outlook to DocuWare, you receive the following error;
 
"Unsupported Drag & Drop operation"

Solution:
This error occurs because the described importation method is an unsupported operation. In order to process emails and their attachments from Outlook, a Connect to Outlook configuration must be created and utilized. Please refer to KBA-36463 for instructions on how to create a Connect to Outlook configuration.
