Does Intelligent Indexing process clipped email attachments?
Answer:
By product design, clipped email attachments do not reach the Intelligent Indexing service. Intelligent Indexing cannot learn anything on the attachments, as only the email body is sent to the Intellix service.
As a workaround, it is recommended to either choose to show the attachment first, or store the email and attachments individually within the email configuration.
