Is it possible for multiple users to receive the Cloud update and storage email notifications?
Solution:
It would not be possible to have multiple users receive Cloud update and storage email notifications. DocuWare Cloud update and storage notifications are only sent to the System Administrator of the DocuWare contract and a client's Authorized DocuWare Provider (ADP).
KBA is applicable to Cloud Organizations ONLY.
