Question:
When using DocuWare Export, a new file is created every time the job runs. How can I configure DocuWare Export to write to the same file initially created?
Answer:
For DocuWare Export to write to the same file instead of creating a new one, the export configuration's File name must use a static value. Once a static file name is introduced, it will append new data to the same file each time the export job is run.

Answer:
For DocuWare Export to write to the same file instead of creating a new one, the export configuration's File name must use a static value. Once a static file name is introduced, it will append new data to the same file each time the export job is run.
The following is an example of a static file name:
File name
Fixed Value = DocuWare
Predefined Entry = File cabinet name
A new file will be created if the configuration has dynamic entries in the file name such as "Current date," "Current time," etc...
The following is an example of a dynamic file name:
File name
Predefined Entry = File cabinet name
Predefined Entry = Current time = hhmmss
KBA is applicable for both Cloud and On-premise Organizations.
