Solution:
This error has occurred due to a discrepancy between the dwmachine.config file (located in C:\ProgramData\DocuWare\ServerConfig) and DocuWare Web Connections configuration in DocuWare Administration. The value for "LocalWebServices" should be set to the same address used in the HTTP Root Directory of the Web Connection.
Access the HTTP Root Directory value in DocuWare Administration, edit the value to match the config file, perform an IISRESET, and then reattempt to manage your File Cabinet disks.
