Scenario:
When creating a DocuWare Cloud Trial account, the registration form requires me to select a Preconfigured Solution for the Cloud trial. Our organization would like to create a Cloud Trial void of any preconfigured users, file cabinets, select lists, etc. How can we create a Cloud Trial without having to select a Preconfigured Solution during the creation process?

Creating a DocuWare Cloud Trial account without any Preconfigured Solutions would indeed be possible. Please reach out to your Authorized DocuWare Provider (ADP), and they would be able to supply you with this particular trial account. If you are a DocuWare Direct Customer, please reach out to our Orders department (dworders@docuware.com for Americas and orders@docuware.com for EMEA customers) with your organization's name, phone number, and desired URL.
