DocuWare does indeed offer a newsletter that DocuWare users may subscribe to. The UserInfo Newsletter is designed to provide DocuWare users with helpful tips when using DocuWare, product announcements, and much more. Please refer to the guide below on how to subscribe to the UserInfo Newsletter;
1. Log in to the DocuWare Web Client, and access the Profile & Settings tab from your user name dropdown.
2. Fill out the Personal Data section, then click on Subscribe now.
3. You will be redirected to the UserInfo Newsletter registration page. Fill in all the required fields, then click on Submit. Once completed, you are now registered to DocuWare's UserInfo Newsletter.
KBA is applicable to both Cloud and On-premise Organizations.
