Where can on-premise customers obtain a new license file?

Answer:
A valid contract is required and DocuWare offers two different methods of obtaining a new license file for your organization;

  • If your organization is an indirect customer of DocuWare, contact your DocuWare Aurthozied Prodiver (ADP) for the license file.
  • If your organization is a direct customer of DocuWare, contact our Orders department via email at dworders@docuware.com for US customers and orders@docuware.com for EMEA/APAC customers.

KBA is applicable to On-premise Organizations ONLY.
