Behavior:
When triggering a workflow process, multiple instances are created, which leads to the workflow becoming unpublished.

Solution:
This behavior can occur when the workflow is configured to trigger when index data entries are modified.
If this is the case, it is best practice to create an Assign Data step at the beginning of the workflow to update the field used for the trigger criteria, which can prevent the workflow from being triggered multiple times.
