The DocuWare database user must have permission to create databases, as the DocuWare Setup needs to be able to create DocuWare databases. If they already exist, the SQL user does not need permissions to create databases. Once DocuWare is installed, it's recommended that the DocuWare database user have sysadmin and securityadmin role rights and have the permissions to read, update, create, delete, and modify the definitions of any database objects inside the DocuWare databases.
