When storing a document, our configured select list populates; however, each entry has quotation marks. How can this be removed, as these quotation mark entries are not intended?

Solution:
Please refer to the following recommendations to resolve this behavior;
- Copy the contents from the external file used to create the select list and paste it to Notepad. Use Notepad to help identify if any hidden characters are present within the file and remove them accordingly.
- Alternatively, navigate to the File Connection for the affected select list in DocuWare Administration, and enter a quotation mark (") for the Textindicator value.
This will consider any values enclosed in quotation marks (" ") as valid and will not enter the quotation marks within the select list entry. Any values that are not enclosed with quotation marks will not be affected.
