How can I delete a DocuWare connection in Microsoft Teams if my DocuWare account has expired?
 
Answer:

To delete the DocuWare connection without logging in, the affected user can type the following command using the DocuWare Teams bot:

 

"disconnect [Microsoft Tenant ID]"

 

The [Microsoft Tenant ID] is the tenant ID for the Teams user. If the user doesn't know their Microsoft Tenant ID, visit https://portal.azure.com/, log in with their Microsoft Teams account, and type in “Microsoft Entra ID” in the search box at the top of the page.
The Basic information section of the Overview page will show the Tenant ID of the affected user.
