How do I request a license for Partner systems, and where can I download it myself?
 
Answer:
With the discontinuation of the Partner Portal, Authorized DocuWare Providers (ADPs) can no longer download their own license files. My Business only contains information regarding indirect customers. Partners are considered direct customers. Therefore, their license information won't appear in My Business.
 
To request a license file for your Partner system, reach out to your Region Sales Director or our Orders department;
