Navigate to %ProgramData%/DocuWare/ADSync, access the ADSyncConfiguration.xml, and locate the AzureADProvider section (populates once AzureAD sync is first configured). Here, adept the IssueUrl and ResourceUrl values to use .us instead of .com.
