Behavior:
When making a REST call using Postman, the following message is returned;
"Maximum response size reached"
Solution:
This message occurs when a REST call exceeds Postman's response size. Nonetheless, this limit can be modified.
Navigate to Settings > General, then increase the "Max response size" value. Once updated, you'll be able to send the REST call without error.
