Although the stamp times are correct for stored documents in DocuWare, why do they reflect a UTC time difference when emailing the stamped document as an attachment?

Answer: 
This behavior occurs because the timezone settings do not reflect the business's correct timezone. To resolve this behavior, navigate to the Organization Settings plugin located on the Configurations page, then set the correct timezone under the Time & Language section. 
Note: Only users with the organization administrator role will be able to access these settings.
