Why is the license expiration date missing from Product Overview in DocuWare Cloud?
Answer:
By product design, the contract expiration date is only displayed when there is no longer a contract or if the Cloud account is a trial account. For DocuWare Cloud customers with a valid contract, please contact your Authorized DocuWare Partner (ADP) or your Regional Sales Director (RSD) for details regarding the license expiration date and license extensions.
