By product design, the operator EMPTY() will work specifically for text fields in search dialogs. In contrast, store dialogs must explicitly be defined by a fixed entry for a predefined field's custom value.
Note: If the field has already been predefined in the properties of the database fields, the predefined entry here is not taken into account for the dialog field.
