How can I change my organization's cloud upgrade date?

Answer:
You can change your upcoming DocuWare Cloud upgrade date directly through the DocuWare Cloud Update portal.

To do this, go to https://update.docuware.cloud/. Enter your organization’s URL when prompted, then log in as an administrative user. If an upgrade is scheduled, you will see a drop-down list that allows you to select a new date. You may choose a date up to 7 days before or up to 3 weeks after the currently planned upgrade date.

 
If there are no pending upgrades for your organization, you will see a message stating, “There are no updates scheduled for this organization.”
