How to Apply an Assign to Activity on the Web-based Workflow Designer

Where do I find the Assign To activity option when using the web-based workflow designer?   

Answer: 
By product design, the Assign To activity is no longer available in the new web-based workflow designer. Instead, task assignments are handled from the Decision Maker section of a Task or Parallel Task activity. 
To configure task assignments, open the relevant Task or Parallel Task activity in the web-based workflow designer and navigate to the Decision Maker section.
