Behavior: 

When attempting to run the User Sync V2 as a scheduled task, the following error is displayed: ERROR: Current user does not have permissions to create a scheduled task, 'run as administrator'


 


Solution: 
To resolve the behavior, the Windows user running the user sync app must have the ability to create tasks in Task Scheduler by having administator privileges.

Running the scheduler as an administrator will not be suffcient.
