Scenario:
When attempting to import documents using the DWControl file, you find that the document does not successfully upload to the desired location. You have confirmed that the correct file cabinet name is being used in the DWControl file, but it still does not process.

Resolution:
By product design DWControl files are case sensitive. Please refer to KBA-34830

There are two methods to resolving this issue:

The first method requires the modification of the DWControl file to use a different statement. Instead of using: "<FileCabinet Name ="DW Test" />," it is recommended to try: "<FileCabinet ID ="00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000" The ID (Also known as a GUID) of your file cabinet can be found via Configurations > File Cabinets > Desired FC > more options. The ID will be at the bottom of the screen.

The second method does not require modifying the DWControl file, but it is required to verify the correct file cabinet name. Open your configurations page, and select File Cabinet > Desired File Cabinet. From here, click on the file cabinet name and copy the exact contents. Please note that spaces will be considered, so if there are any spaces, they will need to be included, but it's much easier to delete any spaces and attempt to reupload using your DWControl file.
