Question:
If a document infected with a virus is uploaded to my DocuWare Cloud system directly via DocuWare Desktop Apps (for example, through Import or other Desktop App components), will a warning regarding the infection be shown in the Web Client?
Answer:
By product design, a virus warning will appear in the DocuWare WebClient when an infected document is uploaded directly into the Document tray.
For other modules and methods to import documents, an alert to the Cloud Security team is triggered.
