How is the file cabinet associated with the document tray determined when creating a user via a DocuWare API, and can a specific one be selected?
Answer:
By product design, the system selects the first file cabinet with the lowest ID value from the list of available file cabinets. If there are multiple file cabinets assigned to the default organization role, the system will select the one with the lowest ID value. Manual selection of a file cabinet during the creation of a user is not supported.
