That is exactly the behavior I 'm seeing.  The behavior of the tray being deleted but the images remaining isn't surprising as that is the situation with cabinets as well, they just warn you before you actually delete the cabinet.

We are running DW 7.3 and use Docuware to process PDF files and never save/move them to a file cabinet.  We've noticed that when the PDF is deleted from the tray, they remain in the storage folder.  Is there a setting to change this behavior?

I have a cloud customer that was recently upgraded to 7.3.  All their documents are PDF.  They've noticed that some of their documents when attempting to view in the viewer window from a cabinet say 'The page can not be rendered' in the viewer window.  They've figured out that they can download the file, move it to their tray and store it again, then it will display as it should in the DW viewer window.  I replicated the issue by viewing the file locally using both Edge and Chrome with the same result.  I have a copy of these documents on my local 7.3 DW server and they view as expected.  

Is anyone else seeing this behavior?  

I have a client that is still on 6.6 and only uses the desktop client.  They recently upgraded to Windows 10 and have found that after the result list is displayed, if they sort by a column Docuware closes.  We tried running in Win7 and Win8 compatibility mode with no success.  Any suggestions out there?  (short of upgrade?)  I don't have remote access to the server so I have no idea what hotfix is installed either.

I have hotfixes installed to 2/08/2018.  I will install the latest Hotfixes.  If I delete and recreate the users using the same username will the settings be reset?  I only have 3 users at this point and that may be easier than opening a tecket to fix the problem.

Under user settings there is an option to Open Docuware Viewer in a new window.  When that option is selected and the user logs in they get a blank page.  Is there a way to change windows or default the user settings back?
