RE: Renaming Document / Filename from Document's Index Values
Of course you can modified file name, this are the steps to follow:
1.- in Cabinet select a field to name the file
2.- Create a workflow or add an activity to a existing one, in this activity you need to add the values to rename the file (image 2 and 3)
3.-Save and publish the workflow.
If you follow tthe steps once that you download-send the file name has changed, in my case i rename it with doc id
