  • Importing a spread sheet into DocuWare as database records

Tue, 15 Oct 2019 19:19:55 GMT – Importing a spread sheet into DocuWare as database records
I have a master excel spread sheet that I need to get into DocuWare as database records. They are wanting to have a file cabinet that is just database records with the information from the excel spreadsheet in it. I am trying to find out what my quickest method is for getting the records into DocuWare. This is a DocuWare Cloud account.

Am I able to connect DocuWare Kinetics AP to 3 different on site Quick Books companies? What would be the best way to go about setting this up?

  • Parsing out a file name for import into DocuWare

Thu, 16 Aug 2018 12:45:24 GMT – Parsing out a file name for import into DocuWare-1534430724

I have a customer that has information in the file name that fills out the only two indexes they need, but i can't parse out the info through document processing. They currently drop these files into a folder and it indexes the documents. Any ideas?

    Example File Name:

    "Cigna - 10/20/17"

    Indexes:

    Carrier: Cigna

    Posted Date: 10/20/17

I have a cloud customer on 7. They are needing to connect to mail but are using a distribution group. Is this possible or does it require a username and password?
