Why are there fields greyed out or not selectable in DocuWare Web Client?
A possible reason for this may be missing permissions for the user in question.
Until DocuWare 6.12: Start the DocuWare Administration and select the relevant user.
After selecting the user in the DocuWare Administration a "head" icon is displayed in the top area of the Administration, where you can display the permissions for the user. Here you can see if all rights are set for the appropriate function.
Note: You can only see the permission over the "head" icon but you cannot do any changes here. You can change this in the DocuWare Administration on the corresponding place, e.g. file cabinet profile.
Since DocuWare 7: You can check the user permissions in the Web Configuration.
