While opening the Workflow Manager Task Lists the message "Restart Workflow Engine Server and try again" might be displayed.
If this occurs, please follow these steps:
- Restart the Workflow Engine Server
- Use a different browser (Internet Explorer or Firefox)
- Check whether port 8117 on the DocuWare server is accessible from the client.
This port has to be open in DocuWare versions 6 and 6.1 to be able to use the Workflow Task Lists in the Web Client. The successors of DocuWare 6.1 do not use this port anymore, only the usual Web Client ports (by default 80 or 443) are used instead.
