Behavior:
After upgrading FortisBlue the icons in the FortisBlue user client appear incorrectly, i.e. the refresh icon appears in the folder tree where the folder icon should appear. 

Solution:
This is caused by your browser’s caching system is not properly updating the new icon files in FortisBlue. You can clear your browser’s cache following the steps below:

Internet Explorer

  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Press Ctrl-Shift-Del
  3. When the “Delete Browsing History” dialog appears select “Temporary Internet files and website files” and “Cookies and website data” and deselect all other entries

  4. Click the Delete button.
  5. Close Internet Explorer completely and then reopen.


Firefox

  1. Open Firefox
  2. Press Ctrl-Shift-Del
  3. When the “Clear Recent History” dialog appears select “Everything” from the “Time range to clear”
  4. Expand the details by clicking the arrow next to the word “Details”
  5. Select “Cache” and deselect all other entries

  7. Close Firefox completely and then reopen.

Chrome

  1. Open Chrome
  2. Press Ctrl-Shift-Del
  3. When the “Clear browsing” dialog appears select “the beginning of time” from the “Obliterate the following items from:”
  4. Select “Cached images and files” and deselect all other entries

  6. Close Chrome completely and then reopen.
